Using this site

Who Is Calling Me provides community-sourced information about phone calls, together with public numbering register metadata. The service is provided "as is", free of charge, for personal, non-commercial use. Automated scraping or bulk harvesting of site content is not permitted.

Posting reports (acceptable use)

When you post a report you agree that it:

• describes your own genuine experience of a call or message;
• does not include anyone's personal information such as full names, addresses, email addresses or other phone numbers;
• is not defamatory, abusive, threatening or unlawful;
• does not contain advertising, links or promotional material.

We may edit (to remove personal information), decline, or remove any report, and may block users who abuse the service. You retain responsibility for the content you post and grant us a licence to display it.

Content and liability

Community reports are the opinions of their authors, not ours, and we cannot verify every claim. Register metadata reflects the ACMA numbering register at the time of our last sync and may not reflect number porting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on any content on this site. Nothing on this site is a statement that a specific number, person or business is engaged in wrongdoing. Always verify with the organisation directly, using contact details from their official website.
